Nous vous informons que depuis la semaine dernière, il ne nous est plus possible de vous envoyer des alertes pour les avis d'ébullition ou les levées ou toute autre situation. Sachez qu'il s'agit d'un problème technique important chez Omnivigil qui à ce jour, n'est pas solutionné et qui est hors de notre contrôle. L'équipe technique travaille d'arrache-pied pour trouver une solution à cette situation. Vous serez informés de toute situation urgente par le site internet qui demeure notre moyen de communication officiel, notre page Facebook et les avis papiers qui vous seront distribués par Postes Canada. We would like to inform you that since last week, it is no longer possible for us to send you alerts for boil water notices or levees or any other situation. Please be aware that this is an important technical problem at Omnivigil that has not been solved yet and is out of our control. The technical team is working hard to find a solution to this situation.
